Change has come to the world! We celebrated last night with a truly blue Can-Am crowd. This is not a vegan flag, but I did bake a vegan red, white & blue cheesecake which will be my next post. Lots of bubbly toasted and smiles all around! Thanks so much to the US for giving hope to the rest of the world, especially those of us above the 49th parallel.
