Ingredients:
1 C unbleached all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp sea salt, fine
1 1/2 tsp ground flax seed
1 1/2 C "milk" of your choice
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 C mixed berries, frozen
2 tbsp hulled hemp seeds
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients together. Stir in milk and vanilla. Heat a non-stick griddle to medium. Pour about 1/4 C for each pancake and top exposed side with some berries and flax seeds. Flip when the center of the pancake begins to bubble. Cook until desired done-ness is reached. Top with pure maple syrup or agave nectar and enjoy!
